Professional RV Inspections

The Gold Standard: NRVIA Certified Pre-Purchase Inspections
An official NRVIA Pre-Purchase inspection is exhaustive—requiring roughly 6 to 8 hours on-site followed by 5 to 6 hours compiling a massive, photo-rich digital health report. This is your ultimate shield against inheriting someone else's expensive mechanical or structural nightmares.
⚖️ The Independence Guarantee: Per the NRVIA Code of Ethics, to ensure an absolute absence of a conflict of interest, we cannot perform repair work on an RV we inspect under this program for a period of 12 months. Your comprehensive report provides deep structural and operational clarity to give you massive negotiating leverage or the power to walk away from a money pit.
🔬 High-Value Upgrade: Advanced Fluid Analysis
Don’t guess on the health of vital mechanical systems. We pull fluid samples and send them directly to an ISO-certified laboratory to check for hidden internal engine wear, coolants breaking down, or metal contamination before you buy.

🛠️ JD’S Tech-Level Diagnostic Inspections
(NOT NRVIA Certified — Repairs CAN Be Performed Immediately)
Unlike the strict rules governing an independent NRVIA program, these are technician-driven evaluations. Because they are not bound by the 12-month conflict-of-interest rule, we can immediately map out a repair plan and fix any defects we uncover. These deep-dive packages leverage our advanced academy training to get your rig road-ready fast.
1. The Core Life Safety Check — $175.00 Flat Rate
Strictly designed to protect your family before hitting the highway or pulling out of winter storage.
What's Included: A timed propane (LP) system leak-down test, hot-skin voltage safety verification, direct functional testing of all accessible Smoke, Carbon Monoxide, and LP detectors, 12V running light verification, and a physical tire and lug nut torque safety check.
2. The Tech-Level Major Systems Evaluation — $325.00 Flat Rate
Our uncondensed, thorough operational sweep. Perfect for owners wanting a complete health checkup on their house components with the ability to fix problems immediately.
What's Included: Everything in the Core Life Safety Check, plus a physical water system plumbing pressure test, full roof moisture barrier and sealant audit, and full operational performance testing on all major appliances (AC cycling, furnace heat output, water heater operations, and refrigerator cooling levels).
3. Motorhome Steering & Suspension Assessment — $249.00 Flat Rate
Our specialized foundation and chassis stability evaluation. If your motorhome suffers from white-knuckle road wander, tail-wag, or harsh bouncing when semi-trucks pass you, the solution is almost always down in your chassis components.
What's Included: A systematic, ground-based mechanical visual inspection of your entire steering and suspension network. We audit leaf springs, shock absorbers, sway bar saddle brackets, stabilizer bushings, steering linkage play, and air bag lines.
The Goal: We identify exactly where your suspension is failing or underperforming, and provide a direct blueprint for precision aftermarket upgrades (like heavy-duty anti-sway bars or steering stabilizers) to give you total control behind the wheel.
Note: All flat-rate technician inspection packages are subject to a standard $125.00 mobile service call fee to cover mobilization and travel to your location.
