Standard Rate Schedule
To ensure transparency and mission success, all service is billed as follows:
Mobile Dispatch Fee: $125.00 (Standard Service Area)
Covers travel, fuel, and the transport of specialized diagnostic equipment to your door.
Standard Labor Rate: $150.00 per hour
One-hour minimum on all service calls. Billed in 30-minute increments thereafter.
The Mission Discount: 10% Off Labor * Exclusive for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders. Thank you for your service.
Emergency/After-Hours: Premium rates apply (Dispatch: $200 / Labor: $225 per hour).
Note on Packages: Package prices (Generator Tuning, Solar Audits, etc.) cover the specific labor for that service. Parts and the $125.00 Dispatch Fee are additional.

JD’s RV Service, LLC is owned and operated by John Dick, a retired Sergeant First Class (SFC) with 16 years of service in the U.S. Army.
Before transitioning to the RV industry, John served as a UH-60 Blackhawk Standardization Instructor. In military aviation, maintenance is a matter of life and safety—there is no room for error. John brings that same "mission-first" discipline and technical meticulousness to your RV.
